At TITUS, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform at your best. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your TITUS account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
