Instructions for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles

Heating activates our Gamechangers Elite's proprietary arch technology, which causes the insole to expand and shape to your foot.

  1. Trim the toe to fit your shoes. Make sure they slide in easily.
  2. Next place in the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. NOT in the microwave.
  3. When the arch is totally soft, they are ready. Step on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes.
    (While sitting only for higher arch support). Then place in shoes and walk.
  4. Do not fold the Gamechangers at 90 degree angles when first out of the oven - it can break the foam.

The typical break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Please give your feet some time to get used to the arch support.
